World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is a production system with the aim of raising the standard of production and eliminating waste.

The World Class Manufacturing principles are applied to all levels of the company, from quality system maintenance to management of the logistics costs, with a vision of continuous improvement.

Based on the most advanced aspects of the Toyota Production System and the most important European production techniques,this new method involves applying tools and structured methodologies using a very rigorous and methodical approach to eliminate waste and losses and promote, at the same time, improvements in the production system.

The WCM is part of the Plant of Mondovì, where it successfully passed the 1st audit.
